Return Policy
Eligibility:
- Our return policy lasts for 10 days from the date you receive your item. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Returns are only accepted for items with technical or aesthetic defects that are the result of manufacturing issues. This policy does not cover any user or third-party mistakes, including, but not limited to, mishandling, accidental damage, or incorrect usage.
- Our products are delivered in a packaging to avoid all scratching and general wear and tear. If you discover a defect and bring clear evidence that it's our responsibility, you can send it back to us for repair. You have a period of 10 working days to return it. We will then repair it and send it back to you. We do not do refunds.

- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label if applicable.
Condition:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it, showing no signs of wear, alteration, or damage due to user actions.
